1. Vouchers may be used for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, cakes, desserts and drinks purchased from the restaurant.

2. If the voucher value exceeds the purchase price, any remaining amount will not be refunded – no change will be issued.

3. Vouchers cannot be used outside of the restaurant in the adjacent Garden Centre.

4. Vouchers have a validity period, of 24-months from the date of purchase.

5. It is not possible to extend the gift voucher beyond the stated 24-month validity period.

6. The voucher must be physically presented as a method of payment at time of purchase.

7. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or a refund.

8. Gift vouchers are not for resale.

9. Vouchers may not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.

1. Stamps can be collected on any purchases made within the restaurant provided the monitory limit has been reached (£5.50 per stamp)

2. Loyalty stamps will only be issued on every £5.50 spent as a whole, and not part thereof

3. Cards must be presented at time of purchase

4. Loyalty stamps are non transferable & must be collected on a single card

5. We reserve the right to terminate the loyalty scheme by providing three months notice

6. Cards/ stamps are not exchangeable for cash

7. Only one full card can be redeemed per person per transaction
